The service offered by this site is kinda funny. But it might not any make sense if you've never watched "Ghost in the Shell" series.
With the "face recognition technology" utilized for many of recent Japanese made digital cameras, it automatically
masks any human faces on an image file. You can upload the local picture image file to the site, or it's also possible to specify the URI of the image file.

News says that Production I.G. talks to Koudansha (in kanjis 講談社) which holds the right of "Ghost in the Shell" series, to make "actual version" of that manga/anime. Seems they Production I.G. is planning to produce its movie (by actual human characters/actors) in Hollywood in near future. I wonder if it gets success... 嫌な予感．．．
