I watched the Tagalog movie "Anak" at last. The film was created in the year of 2000, ok, this isn't latest movie for sure, but after I finished watching the movie I found this is a remarkable film.
I guess the background of this film might not be understandable for many Japanese, but personally I myself really enjoyed this movie. Fun? Of course it's not Hollywood fun-fun-then-happy-ending type movie, but I prefer the films with something meaning or message.
Although I don't have my own kids, never in real life, I felt I was Carla's father while I was watching the film, and wondering how would I do if I was her dad really.
Philippine DOT seems doing their best, the introductory review of travel for the Philippines is again introduced in the TV program, titled "Tabi Salad" which is aired at 8 o'clock morning on every Saturday on channel 10 (TV Asahi) The reporter is the young actor MOCHIDA Maki (she's kinda cute, has fair skin and tiny, though she's not my type anyway. I know it would never been aired in the program even if it happened, I wonder how many boys there try to pick her up, heheh) and is planned to be aired 4 times in total.
I watched its first time. She visited Quiapo, Intramuros and some other areas in Metro Manila, and although there was no description or caption, Las Pinas church which is famous with its bamboo pipe organ Then she flied to Bicol, visiting Donsol, Sorsogon to experience Whalesharks watching there.
I've been to some places in Bicol some times (just once for Sorsogon, though), but it's my first time to hear the name of Donsol. MOCHIDA reports that it's about a hour away from Legazpi city by car.
In the 3 following broadcasts, Vigan, rice terrace in Banaue and other places are scheduled to be introduced in the program. One thing I was surprised in the program is that I found the pinoy interpreter/coordinator guy for the program. He is Eddy who is my co-worker when I joined the movie shooting team making the film in Tanay, Rizal and Iba, Zambales. Good for you Eddy, and I'm glad to see you again (even on TV) to know you've been fine and okay. Is your wife fine and ok too? :) **wink**
